For this Section we will build the Frame for PararackAfter marking please take the rods apart. it would be easier to maneuver for next step.
2. Base Shelf1.slide those rods into a shelf and make it stand.
2. put one the Lock Clip on the marks we just made. 3. squeeze the rod with Lock Clip then make it stand up. 4. Smash four corner with rubber hammer to tighten it. 4. Z axis Shelffor this layer "Lock Clip" is not needed. it just need to be slide in. the shelf can move up and down like these picture.
6. Top Layer of shelfyou don't need any marking for this layer cuz it's the top layer.
be sure to left some space for the huge material to hang and row. |
1. Marking Markerswhen you open steel wire Racks package you will find 4 rods in it.
in order to assemble it correctly you have to mark the height we want to place the shelves.
before to mark them, the rods have to be assembled from two sections into one single rod.
you can find there is a ruler in the Pararack package, and yes it's a body ruler. Please Mark the ruler first. at 10, 40, and 96cm. measure it from the bottom side of rods(where you can put on the screw nut feet) 3. Second ShelfSame Steps with Base Shelf, put the second shelf on second markers
5. Z motor holder barthere is no shelf for the next layer. instead of shelf we need to use sidebar(as shown on picture 1&2).
but the basic concept it's the same. it's really hard to see the green marker on green background, but it's the third marker that we made earlier(the 96cm one). Alright!! We finish the Frame for Pararack!! No sweat! |
