1. take out two 608zz Bearings and put them in Extruder Base like (Pic#2-40.
2. Install Step motor on the higher side of Extruder Base (Pic#5). install screws just enough to hold it,and don't be too tight.
3. Assemble Extruder Base Y Axis Mount and Extruder Base with three M4 30mm, put screws in those two holes closer to center.(pic#8-9)
4. slide 8mm Short rod into 608zz bearing with two 8mm washer(pic#11),then Press clamp it into Extruder pusher with plier(Pic#12-14)
5. Install the Extruder Pusher in the the hole between "Base and Y Axis Mount" with the last M4 30mm Screw and Wing Nut.
6. slide Big Gear assembly into the center of the Extruder Base, and put in the M8 Spring before fasten it with M8 wing nut.

Extruder Thermal Assembly
Part List
FRP Washer
Jumble Heat Sink X1
M10 Steel Filament Guide
M10 Copper Extruder Head 3mm in 1mm out
M4 Short Spring X2
M4 Press type Wing Nut(modified)
Thermal Mechanism housing(the Orange one)
M4 8mm X3
1. take out FRP Washer and place it between Jumble Heat Sink and M10 Steel Filament Guide. Screw M10 Steel Filament Guide all the way in to Jumble Heat Sink with FRP Washer on it (Pic#3-6)
2. Install Thermal Mechanism Housing on, just half way through. (pic#6-7)
3. Screw M10 Copper Extruder Head all the way till it touch M10 Steel Filament Guide, then use plier and wrench to make them squeeze together
wrench, in order to prevent leaking.
Optional============================
4.Modification for M4 Wing Nut!! In order to install Heater Head on Extruder Base, we have to make a small change with M4 wing nut here. it's rather easy task, just screw in the wing nut with a M4 screw first, then use pliers to compress it to smaller size(pic#12-15)
the reason put in M4 screw before Compress, it's because the thread hole wouldn't be crashed this way.

combine Extruder Head with Extruder Base with the Modified wing nut(normal size is too wide to fit, it'll get stock with Jumble Heat Sink)
you could still use regular M4 Nut with plier.
use hand to pinch FRP Washer can release the tension a little bit, so screwing will be easier.
